An elevated dog diner is beneficial by allowing dogs to maintain a healthier posture while eating and drinking, stress on neck, back and legs is reduced. By elevating food and water bowls, digestion is improved and the risk of choking is minimized.

Why hide your dog's diner when guests come to visit? There is no need with a posh diner. Each is a piece of art to be displayed and enjoyed.

I suggest wiping the surface of your diner weekly to maintain a clean surface. A soft cloth such as a Total-Reach microfiber dust and polish cloth (Unger Industries/InCom 962930) is a must for every Posh Diner. Remove bowls weekly to clean the surface throughly. If your dog or cat is a messy eater or drinker, I suggest that every time you feed or change the water to take a Viva paper towel or the microfiber cloth and dab the surface clean.

Coasters: To clean, just dab any moisture up with a paper towel. Do not wipe as the paper towel will snag on the grout. Do not submerge in water! And remember, coasters are not meant as a play toy for young children.

Production time will vary for each of my products. During my high busy season which is usually between January and April, I sometimes require a few additional days to complete.

Diners: The ex-large to large diners take 10 to 12 weeks to complete. Medium size diners between 8 to 10 weeks and small diners from 6 to 8 weeks.

Coasters: The range is between 4 business days to 2 weeks depending on the quantity ordered and complexity of the design.

I appreciate your patience as every piece in my shop is hand cut, designed and completed by me. Mosaic is a time consuming art but the end result will be well worth the wait.

Most of the bowls I use in the diners have a rim so that they set properly into each diner. When there are bowl measurements given for a bowl, that is the inside bowl width and does not include the rim of the bowl. That will give you a more accurate measurement to compare to your current bowl. The inside bowl eating space is the most important element to order correctly. My working hours are Monday - Friday 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. I respond quickly to any convos between those hours. I am here to help you with any questions you may have.
